ParentPay – January updates
Arbor Meal Attendance
Arbor Meal Attendance is now available for schools using Arbor MIS and whose students and staff have static meal patterns.
What’s New
Attendance records captured in Arbor MIS can be imported into ParentPay using a direct API interface. Attendance marks are matched against pre-defined static meal patterns in ParentPay, and meal costs are charged (if applicable).
Why it matters
- Less admin – one simple process instead of two .
- Accurate records – data captured once and imported seamlessly.
- Automatic cost application – saving time and minimising mistakes
- Flexible overrides – update records for late arrivals or early departures without losing edits.
