Pforzheim/Chemnitz, 22 January 2026 – ParentPay Deutschland GmbH, a leading provider of digital catering management solutions in the education sector, announces the acquisition of schulmenueplaner.de GmbH.
The acquisition represents an important milestone in ParentPay Deutschland’s long-term strategic development. Both companies digitise key processes relating to catering in educational setting. While ParentPay Deutschland offers a wide range of functions for school and daycare operators, Schulmenueplaner is strongly focused on the specific requirements of catering companies.
