SIMS began supporting schools with digital management tools.
2002
ParentPay was founded, transforming how schools managed and collected payments.
2017
Schoolcomms and Cypad joined the Group, strengthening our parental engagement and catering management solutions for schools.
2018
WIS, a leading Dutch education payments and communications provider, became part of the Group, expanding our European presence.
2020
ParentPay Deutschland was established through the acquisition of PAIR Solutions, EDV Schaupp, and MensaMax, supporting schools across Germany.
2021
ParentCom (NL) and Education Software Solutions (ESS) joined the Group (including SIMS, Reading Cloud, UNIT-e, and Library Management Cloud)
2022
BlueRunner Solutions became part of the Group, enhancing our catering and meal management capabilities.
2023
CEDAR, an advanced student engagement platform, joined the Group to strengthen our post-16 education offering.
